This palette speaks so much to us with brown eyes. I fell in love with the color story, so yesterday being the first day it was available on Sephora Germany I ordered it immediately!

I feel like most makeup users from beginning to advance have a basic eyeshadow singles/palettes with dark browns and black so not a big deal for me cause I love the green colour scheme 💚

This eyelook is everything. I must say, these greens are gorgeous.

As much as I love this, I can’t help being relieved I held off and saved my money so was able to shoot my bolt during Lisa Eldridge eyeshadow launch 😆 😂 😝. You make every look beautiful, Morgan, it doesn’t matter what you use. You made the Tropic palette look usable, a miracle in itself imo 😆 😂

@@cherylb_88 I bought the Myth and Sorcery Lisa Eldridge palettes, I thought the Myth one a good dupe for the Tom Ford Violet Satine creme quad, I resisted picking up that for $90. $68 seemed more reasonable 😆. I didn’t buy much eyeshadow this year so….

Love this look! And love the uniqueness of the greens.

I watch Hey It’s Jackeline and she did looks with just the neutrals and honestly they were so good it made me more excited to get my palette. The looks were so sophisticated and so different than the vibrant greens everyone is showing, I’d really recommend checking that video out.

I knew this palette had some limitations. I ordered it anyway. I never fell in love with the mini retro. I don’t own it. I wasn’t calling for this particular palette. I do feel for Natasha, in a way. She listened to her customer base. They still are complaining. Bottom line, we rarely are happy these days. Makeup fatigue is real.

Yes, a spring release would have been better. Natasha Denona isnt American either, she doesnt understand that the color scheme is not really holiday/ winter feel.

I got the palette as soon as it launched. I’ve been watching lots of reviews and the eye looks that you and other you tubers have done. I may return the palette when it arrives. It seems that this palette lacks versatility. The looks are all so similar and I need depth in my outer corner and this palette definitely lacks in that department. Thanks for the great reviews and I’m hoping you get the new Lisa Eldridge palettes…please!!!!

I love the D'Alba serum spray, K=Beauty products are my favourite! The new Natasha Palette looks pretty good, I prefer the My Dream Palette between the two as I never wear greens, but it looks like a nice combo of shades

You got me hooked on the Jaclyn x Robin powder. Looks flawless on the skin and I even use it under the eyes. I also love her under eye primer. Keeps concealer from looking dry and creasing.

Very pretty look. I think “mantra” from the midi Zendo palette would bring in the depth needed. Like how you used the CT liner here, I rarely think to use mine.

My palette is still on the way, but there is no doubt that this is minty green. Frankly that's why I bought it. I have nothing like it. You look beautiful in this look. I love the ND mattes, I really think they are probably the best I've ever tried but I feel the shimmers are lacking. I own 3 of the midi palettes and I do love them but I often pair them with shimmers from my large HUDA palettes because I think they are just better. You created another amazing look even without the depth ❤️

Beautiful look as always ❤ I was thinking as you were doing your shadows that pulling in metropolis (if you wanted) to use a nice deeper green would totally work ! 😅 again I agree with you & others who’s main complaint with retro glam is the lack of depth but it can still work without pulling in something else if that makes sense but I’m def pulling out metropolis for that deeper green to complete that “true green” look 😊 hope that helps anyone out there who also owns metropolis 😍 oh & I have that CT green liner so yay for using that one too ! 🥰

Very pretty look! Agree a dark green shadow like hunter or forest would have been a great addition to this palette.Will use my Viseart or Blend Bunny matte shadows when I want more depth while using this palette. Also Natasha Denona' green-brown palette will go well with it. Everybody loves Jaclyn face powders, they must be good.

Please please do a dedicated review and comparison video with the PML blush palettes, I'm still trying to decide between the two because I'm pale as milk with cool/neutral undertones.

Finally someone as picky as I am !! Also with very dry skin (aka me too) I watched and loved your shorts just finally subscribed to your channel girl ❤ I have been a licensed makeup artist for a very long time lol and love it!! I feel the same about Natasha’s lip gloss it’s just ok

Full review on the pat mcgrath blush palette please with comparison with existing single colour..

It's interesting, this eye look reminds me of one I created with the Solei Et Lune Tom Ford quad! Very similar vibes. I'm glad I held off for sure; definitely not one I need. I considered the blush palettes too because the value was so good, but the highlight on my pasty skin gives a cast which really bums me out. I'd rather just have the blushes on their own. I'm so excited for Lisa Eldridge's eyeshadow launch and the new Viseart Petit Fours! You definitely should try some of Lisa's products! They truly are exquisite!

So I tried to recreate this look using the urban decay wild greens palette and it looked very similar. I think it’s more of a spring / summer palette. Everyone who has reviewed it also wanted more depth for a fall / winter palette.

I wonder if pairing this with the green/brown palette would work. That one is an amazing formula and I haven’t used it in a long time

Great look 👌 this green loo really pops the hazel in your eyes, it's so lovely 😍...a little advice...if you want the full debt of midtone/deep color, start with it, pack it on first, instead of putting it onto the other lighter colours 🥰🥰🥰 PS. Try using the khaki shade in the Zendo Palette 😉😉

If you used brushes you could just dab your brush into the match stix products then dab and blend it in? But there are other options though to use your blender so to each their own! Just a thought I had lol

Morgan, thats a wonderful look! Do you think this ND palette is similar to Colourpop's The child? If so, can you do a battle with them one each side?

I love the pat McGrath blushes so much, but I’m unsure of her highlighters in these palettes.? They’re pretty, but they are SO blinding. They almost remind me of the milk makeup highlighters that were so popular a couple years ago…. Thanks for using the pat McGrath cheek palette!

E.L.F. has a sponge if they still make that hourglass shape and was super soft. But I haven't found it lately. But funny you say that about the Beauty Blender because I was just asking recently "how can it even be worth it?". Lol. Maybe I'll try some day.

I thought that I would love this palette because I LOVE the mini retro and was one of the ones begging her for a green palette after retro midi and I'm honestly upset. It's super minty. She could have done SO much better!

Viseart has come out with even more palettes! I can't buy that many. Still keeping the Etendu Le Marais and London Etoile palettes in the back of my mind.

Had ND ventured down the more grungy/olive tones for this palette, I definitely would have bought it. For me, the excessive amount of the light minty tones and a total lack of a good deep shade really put me off it. I would've added a peachy shade into the mix too, just to give the palette more options. I'm soooooooooo glad I plumped for Mel's 🕊🕊🕊🕊 palette instead of this one. Love ya, 💗🤍💗🤍💗

Why keep giving that foundation away?it looks so beautiful on you! Your whole look looks flawless to be fair. I kinda want every product now arghhhh. You're right the retro glam would def have benefitted from a deep dark green.Maybe a dark green from the Metropolis palette would do it? Keep your tutorials coming! Xx

I love ND and her quality is superb, however... this palette is the exact expansion of mini Retro.... not that it's bad though. I think she should have added more colors for depth! Played with the greys and silvers that glam does so well and maybe a deep green or brown and put in a bright pop of pink as a surprise. I'm not a makeup artist or known for my color theory, lol, but I wish she would have tweaked the pallete ever so slightly. Still bought it though!

i love that ND palette's color story but i am on a serious no buy after my birthday sephora splurge in october and all the orders i made this month during the sale :P

Is there a reason you didn’t apply the putty primer to your nose? Does foundation lay weird on it or something? Curious in the putty primer.

I agree with you, I really don’t like the tones of greens that she put in here. Especially with the pinks. But that’s ok! This was an easy pass for me which is alway nice haha

Makes sense to me. Everyone is complaining that the greens aren’t grunge-y or olive-y enough but we already have those greens in her mini. I saw someone else complain there is no peach. We have a peach in her mini. If she repeated these shades, everyone would be complaining. No one is ever happy lol

I received my retro glam and arrrrrrrgh!! As beautiful as it looks,many of the shades lacks depth for me 😑 i wish the pigments are more intense..I ordered the retro glam and the retro inspired by Mel and i can already tell i would be more happier with Mel's.I have waited for so long for natasha to drop a proper retro and she did but just not what i have hoped its going to look like.My mistake was i rushed and bought into the hype and not waited for proper reviews.I will still try and use it but i know i wont reach for it much....Also,It looks to me like pastel palette 2.0

I don't think it's the softness that sets the pink beauty blender apart imo it's the texture. Which I think the elf total face sponge has come the closest to mimicking. Still not as good but close. I will always go back to the OG pink beauty blender it's just special
