I will most likely be getting this palette. I love “boring” palettes like nd midi glam, nd mini nude, nd biba, nd glam face, nd I need a nude. I also have the ambiance palette from sigma and that’s really as “colorful” as I go. Your channel is a great resource for me because our skin tones are similar and I know whatever you find boring will most likely be perfect for me.

So glad someone is saying this. I’ve been wondering if I’m the only one thinking these things.

Yes! I do have that UD Naked Honey palette myself, and I too see many similarities between the two.

How refreshing that you do not just swoon because it's a Natasha Denona release! Regardless of the formula quality, I'm not keen to pay that freight for minor variations on a theme. Appreciate your review!

Hi Karen I already have the OG Gold palette so I wasn’t the least bit tempted by this! I’m underwhelmed. Some mistakes were definitely made! The highlighters were beautiful 🤩 As I’ve said before, I’m weird and I actually enjoy the feeling of my lips melting off my face, and sliding down my body onto the floor!😂😂 The look was beautiful 🤩

I love the kitty meowing in the first couple minutes!!❤

I don’t like same tone eyeshadows much. I like mix color slightly so it don’t look clownish and ND needs more light to dark in that new palette. I definitely not pay for to many to close colors. They all will look mostly the same. I bought original gold palette. If you use too many browns at time it will look muddy. Got to say you look so beautiful in natural browns and golds!💜🌈💜

That brush was from Glamlite, it was from their limited edition foodie box that was a christmas edition one. I know that because I also have that brush lol

I think you’re right that this is meh. Of course I have to be honest… I love glam and I need a nude. I am a basic b, but I’m a fair-skinned green-eyed brunette, so these warm tones aren’t for me in my opinion. They definitely are for you! You posted this late! I got up early to a surprise! Thank you so much for sharing! You look beautiful, as always! Edited to fix my typos! Lol PS Morgan Turner said the formulas were mislabeled in a few cases on the box. Very weird that they’d do that!

*KICKING self*. Why oh WHY did I keep waiting on the ND Gold Palette when I knew that it was a "love", and not a "like"? There were so many opportunities to buy that very special, inimitable, iconic palette. This one is just UD Naked Honey, at least to me, anywho.

I need to use that nars Laguna cream bronzer. Maybe I’ll pull that out today. I did order the golden palette. I’m excited for the new shades Nubia and Fizzy…. I think I’ll need to also pull out that old Glam Eye and Face palette and use that blush and highlight with this new eyeshadow palette. But the new highlighters do look gorgeous!

Very disappointed with the new palette, I agree it is pretty ordinary and underwhelming. I missed out on the original Gold Palette, it was the teal pops and green/gold shimmers that made it so unique and interesting. Very bummed out. 😥😥😥

I decided to pass on this because just looking at it, I felt like the shades were going to look very similar on my skintone... appreciate your honest review and all the palette comparisons you did too!

Was the brush MAC? I distinctly remember them doing a candy cane collection that wasn’t very appealing but apparently the eyeshadow singles from that collection were really great 😅

I can definitely skip this release. I own the original Gold palette. 😎🧡 It's mostly repeat shades - I have a good chunk of her palettes. So I'm good 😅 MAC brush? LoL. The look is gorgeous - just classic and classy. 🥰

I skipped it too! Boring and blah! Plus, I hate yellow gold eyeshadow! When I see a palette with a. yellow gold, I get put off from buying it. I prefer bronze gold and antique gold.

@celestecelestial90 Definitely a skip still pretty, but I can admire it. I have Sigma's Ambiance palette and plenty of other golden based palettes. I do like a bronze color story if going more neutral city. I have UD Naked Honey and so many more. 😂🤣

@@melissa_hilliard_ifekristii Yeah, it seems like we both have our golden eyeshadow bases covered. No need for this one. I had the Good as Gold from CP, but threw it away because some of the shadows changed textured so took that as a sign that it went bad.😵‍💫

@@melissa_hilliard_ifekristii I have the bronze palette too! It’s so neutral and everyday, but so beautiful! I heard it was getting discontinued (not sure if that’s true) so I bought it last winter. I don’t think it’s at ULTA anymore unless they decided to bring it back.

I'm not interested in the golden palate. I would only buy it like I did the Xenon for 50% off. I keep praying that Natasha will do like an emerald palette something that's all green

This is a pass for me. I'm light, cool, olive, and it's just too warm for me, so I would skip if you have that undertone. I am happy though for all the warm girls that shine in a yellow gold 💛 And I agree the code system makes no sense and they need to fix it.

First off, the packaging *to me* looks like a truck ran over it 🤢...and secondly you said everything that was in my mind too. Even though I'm a neutral (with a twist) lover, the moment i saw this palette, i said....ew boring....why 😕???!? And for that price. But its good, i guess, coz it gives me a break from shopping/fomo and more confidence in my last purchases of ER Flower Moon, BB Dollhouse and BB Sickly Sweet ❤. Coz really, if I'm to spend that much money, it has to be AMAZING all-round.

Level of depth doesn't seem there. I need darker and more variety then multiple shades of gold.

Gorgeous palette if I didn’t have the 309 plus palettes I have so nope. Hard pass on that. Now the Gold is perfection

I tried to use a code early on and it said you couldn't use any codes but once I went into checkout and clicked on summary then I could add the code. I've also used the same code at least twice.. 🤷‍♀️
