Jade Jacob holds the open world record total in the 57kg class and won the World Junior Championships last year. Natalie Richards moved from the USAPL to Powerlifting America and became the first 57kg lifter to total 500kg. In her debut at international competition and the IPF World Championships, she faces off against Jade Jacob for the world title.

It's kind crazy how they have like almost same number as me, I'm a 83kg male lifter lol. Imagine seeing a tiny girl in the gym squatting 4 plates.
