    I always like your roof jobs. They are damage prevention as well as make a place start to shine again. Glad you picked up several jobs in an area, from your good work. The paving job, is a charmer, in watching how the color changes and improvements turn out. Good work you two. I think we would all tend to think a drain pipe was clear...that clog, deep into the drain...says that is an area to maintain.

    I'm glad you did that property, honestly at night I would he afraid to walk that alley, or be in the back yard, nor use those steps. Would have BLEACHED the patio, with about 15 gals of bleach. I used 6 on my front walkway, and 10 on back patio UNTIL I learned the joy of pressure washing I never knew the benefits of pressure washing your property UNTIL, I actually did it. I cried. I'm 2nd owner of 50 yr old house and it was never done before I moved in. For 22nd Home Owner Anniversary, I got new windows and pressure washed house (cheaper than painting brickhouse) and ALL the concrete sidewalks, walkways, drive way and concrete turnaround pad in the back. My House looked BRAND NEW, and RAY BAN sunglasses did NOT help the blinding glare from the concrete.

  • @bengrogan9710

    @bengrogan9710

    Жыл бұрын

    In simple terms the Moss spores can bind to any crag where dirt has gathered - Moss scraping removes any surface moss and most of the growth areas - Pressure washing will clear out all the areas entirely If I where to put a % to efficacy Scrape only 60% - Moss will begin regrowing almost immediately as there is still dirt there and the spores are alive Pressure wash about 80% - Moss will begin to regrow as soon as dirt begins to gather again as spore are alive Scrape + Biocide 80% at a guess - The biocide will inhibit for a while but once it dies back the moss has good growing conditions Pressure wash + Biocide - 90+% - You have removed its growth bed and you have salted the earth so any new spores should be dying back on contact for a good few month
