2 tbsp oil
1/4 salt
1/2 turmeric
5 tbsp oil
1 big onion
to blend
30 dry chillies ( soaked in hot water)
3 small onions
2 cloves garlic
1 inch belacan ( shrimp paste)
1/2 tsp salt or more ( up to your taste)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp oyster sauce
nasi lemak
3 cups basmathi rice ( washed and soaked)
6 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 daun pandan
6 small onions
1 inch ginger
1 tsp fenugreek

Sorry but this is not the real Nasi le mak. The receipe for the sambal does bot have shrimp. Besides you need to have dried sprats and peanuts served with the rice.

Adding Salt directly to hot oil,pls study the chemical reaction.Salt ought to be added into cooking food or during meat marination.

As you can see it is a very small amount. You can avoid that if it is not proper. Thank you for alerting me on this. Im just a home maker not a nutritionist. We over see some things sometimes .We are not aware of it. Will be more careful. Thank you. ❤️
