Nashville's Music Row

Ойын-сауық

This video is about Nashville's Music Row. It's an amazing place to visit and we had a great time. There's so much music heritage in Nashville, not to mention that there's still a good reason, rather, several reasons why Nashville is still known as Music City USA. Links to follow!

The Music Row of today is nothing like it was in the 80s when I moved here. It seems like every week they're tearing down houses on the row and building high rises. But they're doing that all over Nashville. In residential neighborhoods, they're tearing down one house and putting up two in its place. So Nashville is growing, but I think it's at the expense of if what made it unique in the first place. Good video, and glad you had a good time here.

Glen Harness I’ve heard the same thing. I’m sure it’s true. I take solace in the fact that people are working, and investments are being made. But I completely understand. It’s almost like a different city. Thanks for watching Glen!

My wife travels the world and has been to every continent and virtually every major city in the world. Nashville remains her favorite city.

Bill, You actually do have the talent to make it on music row. With the technical gadgets they have now to enhance music, even I could make it there, if I had the right connections. And you know I can’t sing. But you really do need to do one of your videos showing some of your musical talent. Maybe one with you and your dad together. I love these videos!

Carla Dickerson Me too! But I don’t know if they would have let me film in there. To be honest, I didn’t know it was still a thing, but that would have been fun! Thanks for watching! And thanks for commenting. Bill

Spent two weeks in Nashville. Incredibly dirty and over crowded. Once youre out of downtown, its an entirely different city. Rough.
