Bone in Ribeye, I’m talking cowboy style, reverse seared over an open flame. A buttermilk and hot sauce brine. Floured and seasoned to the hilt. Deep fried to a crispy golden brown while maintaining a perfect medium rare in the center. And a quick chili oil to take it over the top. Let’s do this thing! 🍻👍
