I went to that race it was amazing I love nascar

Man I know I was wanting Lajoie to finish so much better after that crazy strat in the middle there. The fact he was running pretty good times with such old tires was crazy.

Yeah, he was looking strong there for awhile, but couldn't hang until the end! Still good for Spire, though!

Man what a difference a day was with weather, we were at the track yesterday and had to wear a blanket. Sister in law went today and said it was pretty hot.

@@gangoffour6690 Comparing F1 to NASCAR is a joke. F1 races in a different country week, NASCAR races in one country. F1 has significantly less races. Racing in general is incredibly more popular in Europe where F1 races most of the time. All F1 has to compete with outside racing is soccer, while NASCAR competes with several sports. Totally incomparable.

The ads are out of control! These 15-30 plus seconds! When they do that, I stop watching! What’s even worse is the majority allow it! Everything about the internet though needs some serious regulations!

Yeah 2000's were great too..... I stopped following not long after Earnhardt was killed for a while but got back into it around 2006-7 ish. It's such a shell of what it used to be now, it's really sad.

Honestly this may not make sense but Denny the driver: I hate him more then anyone else but Denny the owner: is good for the sport😂😂😅 the way he calls out nascar n gives insights on the owning a team side of nascar is cool and think is much needed. But on track I hope he finishes last every week😂😂😂

Same thing for Busch to pass Gragson for 4th place. Got aero blocked until they were 6 seconds behind 3rd place and 9 seconds behind the leader. Pretty frustrating to watch

​@@roberthevern6169I think he's washed up, a great driver in his prime, but he hung on too long, drove IndyCars when he was horrible on road courses and was only barely competitive on IndyCar ovals, and then comes back part-time and runs terrible, tarnishing his legacy.

I assume you are talking about the paint schemes (aka wrapping), and yes they can. Sponsors essentially buy the space and design the schemes can change week to week

Best to wear ear protection no matter what age. However they're much quieter than 10 years ago. IndyCars are even louder than NASCAR ever was. Many stream out of the stands with a sorrowful family in stride

They're nowhere near as loud than 10 years ago. IndyCars are much louder than the older NASCAR racecars. Ear protection is recommended for all, no matter what their age is. I use headphones tuned in to the MRN Network. Follow along with the race. Know why someone pulled into the pits and got out of the car. Know who caused the wreck etc. before anyone else. I used expensive scanners for several years but got sick of hearing clear high or low over and over. MRN has better info to listen to anyway.

I told you Camrys are a good car! I'm on my 2nd one!

Pascar, on it's way out. No stock cars on that track.
