Yet another great review, Pleitos! I think my biggest disappointment with this game is the fact Nanashi isn't playable. I assume they're saving her for DLC.

I still won't buy it. Really wanted this game for history mode, but it turned out to be horrible. Original story is actually great (sorry BorutoxSarada, BorutoxNanashi is my new best Boruto ship 😂) but this isn't enough for me to buy this game. I watched the walkthrough on KZread like a movie, I've got satisfied, I spent no money) So I'll better wait for Boruto storm 5

I’ve never played Storm and I just picked up storm 2 for $5. Should I still pick this up? I can get the ultimate edition with everything included for $65 (normally $95).

1:33 Tbf the 1st trailer stated the word "recut." My mind remember Dragon Ball Z Kai and how it cut and edited the original DBZ, so I already expected that it will never included every fights possible. But still, this is worse than I expected because a lot of boss fights were modified or just straight up turning into normal fight. The ridiculous example of this has to be Naruto VS Sasuke in the bridge, like holy shit, how can you turn the such an emotional cinematic boss fight from Storm 3 into a normal CPU battle. I understand Storm 3 boss fight has unique difficulty choices which would clash with a lot of boss fights from other games, but the laziest you could have done is just do removed those choices while still retain the QTE sequence.

This is noooot a good choice if this is your first Storm! Storm 4 would be a way better investment. Especially if you’re already familiar with the Naruto story

This review was being too nice to this cash grab of a game. Way too nice and friendly.

To honest the game is not that worst I mean it's good but they had a lot of problems like and remove the tilt the new counter the online garbage and the big problem is the history mode they delete many boss fight and also maybe the CPU to much easy and ofcourse the gameplay because cc2 change alot mechanic and make it new game but with most garbage things and ofcourse they don't punch people who leave the match in online rank

yeah i notice the cpus are easyer then storm 4. like the cpus on super hard is to easy. like i can even get a perfect on them easy and im only a casral player lol.

For me Naruto Storm Connections it doesn’t feels like a new Storm game at all, they changed only a few buttons commands and nothing more, the fact that they removed Tilts and they put the tilts moves on the second jutsus it's pretty lame, disappointing and lackluster, not to mention that they removed the jutsus selection completely from the beginning of the fight. 🤦🏻‍♂️ This game feels more like an update DLC than like an actual New Storm Game. But honestly, for me Storm 1 will remain the most Unique one from the series and the closest to the anime itself because of the very dynamic gameplay features, my reasons: Intro of characters before the encounter, unique jutsus that didn't came back to the other Storm games, longer and diverse movesets for almost any character, Awakenings in Storm 1 have also Ultimate Jutsus, Jutsus Clashes and Wall Fighting... and I can go on and on to state it why Storm 1 gameplay was the most unique one from the Storm Series, just try to Imagine Storm 4 gameplay with Storm 1 gameplay features, In my opinion that will be the Perfect Storm game. The First Storm game has the most Unique gameplay features perspective and the particular presentation of the game was so ahead of it's time in my opinion, the only downside of the first Storm game was the very lacking Story Mode Interactions, and from Storm 3 the developers cut and shortned the movesets of characters, that's why I don't agree with their choices. (By the way, my favourite Storm games and I will put them in my personal order will be: 1.Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 1 and Generations. (these have my favourite vibe and charm of the anime itself because of the dynamic gameplay features) 2. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2( for the unique Story and some Unique Boss Battles and let's not forget that Iconic "Calm Before the Storm" OST from the Characters Selection Screen and many more diverse soundtracks) 3. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst (Because of the more well-rounded diverse Story Perspective and very epic Boss Battles and also the soundtrack "Outside Konoha" and others soundtracks as well) 4. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 (mostly because of the unique option to change/switch between your characters team during the fight, this particular option mechanics should've been already in the game from the very first Storm game in my opinion) 5. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution (because of the abused and annoying Counter mechanic) 🤷🏻‍♂️

You should buy naruto ultimate ninja storm legacy then this. This is more for people who want to play new story

In my honest oppion i think the game is a positive but i have many negatives with it. I was excited to see all of the Naruto saga voiced in my lenguage (portuguese) and while i kinda got that, the dubbing had many minor errors that got in the way of my experience (Kawaki and Boruto saying 2 different words in their ultimate jutsu while it's cleary meant for them to say the same thing/the female pain having a male voice and other bizarre errors). To top all of that the price is too high for me to overlook this shit. The Naruto story mode had me on the ropes on their decision to not give us all the boss fights and some important events getting skipped over. Sakura vs Sasori is one of my favorite Naruto fights in both the game it appeared (storm 2) and the anime as well...sadly it was just skipped over and only mentioned in a slide show. On the other hand i love most combat changes. Combos are always more fluid and the damage decreasing over time in more long combos makes the game actualy suitable for those infinite snkeay combos that existed since forever. With all of that said i can't overlook the nerf to awakenings duration and assists having armor which make them +2 free subs.

I would have preferred a boss fight mode which lets you replay all the boss fights from every game in the series than this garbage, having all bosses in the series in one game convent package would have made this game worth it for me than whatever the f this garbage story mode is
