The coldest moments of the show. Somehow I mostly remember this from when Lee stood back up after Gaara used Sand Coffin (other version 2) Sasuke's Destiny, I mostly remember from when Sasuke gained resolve to fight against Orochimaru in the forest of death. OG Naruto had some of the coldest scenes and most tense moments in anime history.
This is so breathtakingly beautiful.

First page of manga and first seconds of anime: The village was attacked by a fox capable of destroying mountains with a flick of its tail and causing a tsunami.There was a ninja who defeated him and sealed him into a child.

I’ll never forget the first time I was introduced to Naruto at my cousins house watching the episode where Sasuke pulls up on Gaara at the chunin exams on toonami. As a 7 or 8 year old kid I had never seen anything like it I was hooked immediately. I miss how edgy Naruto was Boruto is not it.

I remember I actually watched the first episode as it aired on toonami back when I started 3rd grade no joke, I didn't actually get into it though until like episode 54, love that memory.

Rather, Naruto's Rasengan that was. however, it was nice to integrate the fight against Aoi, which is a filler, into this part of the plot
