It's just Japanese not dubbed 😂😂😂. Dubbed is the English one. It's a Japanese show. So, the main language is not dubbed, only the translated version is called Dubbed 😂😂😂

Hulu has all of the original naruto in english, a very good majority of shippuden in english (it switches to japanese only towards the end of the ninja war), and i believe the same for boruto, only some english. Theyre adding more english dub episodes of shippuden to hulu soon
