I think certain bloodlines had the talent even if they were uchihas, i Mean madara,obito,sasuke,itachi and then shisui were the pride of uchiha. I appreciate the art style and story Naruto has, I've only gotten into anime recently, but the bond and connection I have with this show is incredible and I've already become attached to Bortuo. Say what you will, but the setup they have going is really good, and although the first portion of Boruto wasn't the best; it leaves a lot of room for imrprovement which it has had.
