I'm pretty sure he doesn't use words and just doesn't audio

@@uno-op9pr in his explenation video he used kind of audio, for example he said that for JJ he created the sound: JayJ. But i don't know what is better

It’s best to have some combination of audio and short words. Try to get everything monosyllabic and have everything memorized for really quick memo and easy execution. I have a list of 7simul words on Quizlet, you should be able to find it if you search “7simul words” Hope this helps!
