READ PLS: The SpongeBob Anime Ep #1 got taken down for not being "child friendly" on July 31 (even though I had it set as "not for kids" in KZread's video settings). It took a lot of noise, amazing support from all of you, and even a freaking trending hashtag on twitter #SaveSpongeBobAnime to get it back up a few days later! I felt like I was going through what happened with Opening 1 being taken down back in 2017 and the harrowing experience of having my hardwork instantly Thanos snapped on a whim, but I was told that it was a "mistake" and Ep #1 came back up later. I still don't know what I did wrong, and I guess I have to be more careful in the future. One of my friends just made an animation and shared it on Discord instead of KZread because they don't want KZread to mark them as a kids channel, that's how stupid this Coppa/Animation thing is, the fact that there seems to be no grey area with the animation thing on here anymore, you either toss a curse word a drop of blood in there or KZread marks you for kids, and even then it sometimes doesn't even work

I get boat loads more of ads that are targeted at mid 20 year olds than ads targeted at any of my product searching/viewing history (they do exist, just not as much). If you're over 18, you'll get NSFW ads. End of story. Hence, if you're over 18, you should be able to enjoy the content you like. If the video is not kid appropriate, it should be age restricted, not removed. Simple as that.

This is why one day, KZread will finally piss their creators off so much, they'll either go to Twitch or Instagram, Twitter, etc. Btw anything else similar to KZread out there, I'm getting sick of it.

I have no idea if there's anything similar tbh. Probably is just, it's hard to get it popular when youtube selfishly eats up all of the quote, "popularity" for themselves. What youtube needs is a legitimate competitor. Someone to match them in power and popularity. That way it forces them to think differently. Otherwise they loose members faster than they already are. I don't care what your opinion is, politcal or otherwise, i think you should be able to express it. Even if it's off the wall crazy or fucking stupid. Because the day you can't, is the day America is no longer America. However, these are technically private businesses, and therefore under the constitution, they do have the right to manage their platform as if it were a private businesses. Even if it is commonly in the public eye. And as such, they do have the choice as to who theh want on their platform and who they don't. I just find it despicable that they're using that right in such a way so as to suppress other's opinions.

The sad thing is, is that Narmak was only able to get his video back because of his dedicated following. Think of all the small creators with less than a hundred thousand subscribers that have gotten their dreams shut down by KZread's unfair algorithm and ignorance. Narmak had to get #savespongebobanime on trending for KZread to notice. Now that, is sad. I wish old youtube was still here, where creators could make any type of content they wanted, no matter how edgy or vulgar, and could thrive off of it. What KZread is doing now is only hindering creativity, and it's a shame. Let's get a W for Narmak, but an F in the chat for all the small KZreadrs who were never able to blow up because of current KZread. Edit: Wow, thanks for all of the likes! I really think this needs to be heard, thank you for giving this a little more exposure. Also, not to be that guy (but kinda being that guy), I'd like to promote my new channel. The fact that starting a hashtag and getting it trending on twitter is the only way to change a decision youtube makes is the depressing part. TheGame NinjaYT KZread isn’t just supposed to be for KZread and the advertisers, it also supposed to be a place for all the people using the app including creators. If the creators are treated poorly then why would they still use the app. I agree that businesses can do what they want with their business, but in KZread’s case their business is with the creators as well as their advertisers.
