These flats worth 31lakh at pocket-7 ,14 narela are very good.

sir, area same hai, sirf pocket alag hai. 2022 wale EWS ki pocket se sirf 10 meter par MIG bhi hai 1 crore wale.
Dwarka 19B golf view EWS category ka kitna premium hai

02 July ko DDA Awas portal registration amount jama karwaya par ab tak PAYMENT status failure dikha raha. DDA ki helpline jammed bolti hai. DDA SYSTEMS team se koi phone nahi uthatha. Mujhe to lagta hai DDA ka 2500 rupai ainthne ki Scheme hai local agents ke saath

@@paisesepaisa To Sir is baat ki gya guarantee hai ki yadi phir 2500 rupees registration amt deposit ki jaaye to woh activate ho hi jayegi. Aise karte karte to ews LIG ban jayega. DDA inhi apni kachua aur non-transparent procedures ki wajah se public mein vishwaas kho baitha hai. Phir chahe kitne bhi narela parela khade kar le. Ab bhi waqt hai ke bagal mein baithi HUDA se kuch seekh le. Issi liye mere jaise bahut log haryana affordable ya phir mahavir enclave/uttam nagar ka rukh karne ko majboor ho jaate he. Jab agaaz hi aisa hai to anjaam na jaane kya hoga!
