Guys like Gallardo and El Chapo wanted to keep the business as clean as possible. Their idea was to make Mexican drug trafficking an organized company for all members.

Felix wouldn't have taken that trip that changed everything. It wouldn't have reached that height so in some sort of way him being a idiot and almost destroying the empire the first time was needed but the DEA thing was just stupid..

I love how Diego Luna is clear that this show relates highly with todays Mexico. As of matter of fact, both actors are in acceptance that this show is really showing it how it is. But there’s a few times where you got to realize, not everyone knows this. It’s information and history that isn’t being told.

I appreciate how woke Luna is to the real world and how he isn’t just some actor who played a role but a person who recognizes issues for what they are and doesn’t feed into media perspectives.

You know this season legit came out of nowhere for me . I had no idea this was even filming . So when my wife told me it was out I started it and after the first minute and you see them take the bag off I already knew it was kiki and I was like fuckkkkkk

I finished it in 2 days, and like Mr Pena said its not binge watching, it is relaxing :P

Man this is a phenomenal season

All shows should be watchable in one sitting! it's much better than waiting around once a week for 45 minute show that leaves you hanging in suspense!

Some of the best acting EVER!!! Really high quality stuff to depict a true story like this could not have been easy! All of them fantastic

Blew my mind. Definitely put a big ass smile on my face. Especially them talking about the hippo.

I binged the season in less than 3 days. Just as good as Season 1 in Columbia. Thanks to these talented actors, writers, directors and other other crew who brought this story to life.

All the actors on The new Narcos series are just bout amazing and very talented. 🔥

I really wanted Michael Pena to play one of the drug kingpins like a stringer bell from the wire type to Diego lunas big drug lord but I'm glad these two are working together again they previously worked together on a Chavez biopic which was amazingly directed by Diego luna and starred Michael Pena as Chavez I love these two guys

I live Diego, he's so well spoken, very open minded and aware

i binge-watched this show, started Sat 10 AM to Sun 2 AM DONE! I was so hooked, what an amazing show!

After binge watching the season I was pretty sure that A. I can speak and understand Spanish and B. I could hold my own in the narco world. I don't, and I can't.

Who else speaks Spanish but found themselves reading the subtitles a lot during this season? Mexicans speak really fast, lol.

It’s because that’s a sinaloense accent, not everyone in Mexico talks like that, it’s a really distinct accent

This is the only series that I stayed all night to finish all in a day ... I despise drugs but love Narcos, can’t wait for 5 to come out

Loved the series, but felt that they wrote the character Kiki as very one dimensional - as a viewer I didn't care much about him or his family. I was rooting for the bad guys in many scenes because of how well Diego Luna's character Felix was written, plus he is a great actor. However, the Texan DEA agent Jaime was well performed, so he helped me sympathize more with the DEA side. Will definitely watch the season again!

Kirsten Agla I empathized with Kiki because I currently work in a role where potentially everything could be better if higher powers didn’t restrain the potential of getting anything done. It took his role as a martyr to get the DEA to wake up, but I get what you’re saying. They could’ve made him more emphatic but I feel like they wanted to respect his role by being conservative about it for his family’s sake.

For example, I think my favorite character this season was Rafael Caro Quintero. Real life Quintero is a horrible person...buuuut, Show's Quintero is sympathetic, kind of funny and not too ugly. I'm not giving spoilers but I felt really bad for him at multiple times in the story. Don Neto has his moments, and Miguel Angel was sympathetic until the point were he began to get cocky; still more of a sympathetic character than Camarena.

I finished it. I love how the actors who played columbian cartels were the same actors.

GREAT Interview you did a great job asking great questions thanks!! LOOOVE narcos mexico and Michael said that if you watch 3 or 4 in a row you are "binge watching" What about the whole entire Series both seasons in one sitting, took about 8 days lol during the covid pandemic (i did sleep btw!) it was that GOOD of a show. Bravo to the Narcos Mexico Cast!

Trust me after this season of Narcos Mexico. I recommend to watch El Chapo on Netflix. You will see a broad picture of Mexican cartels it picks up from the fall of kiki and the turning of caro Quintero and don neto.

This season was fantastic it was slow paced compared to previous seasons but it makes sense why it also felt like it went by fast at the same time. It's weird I can't explain it but I really enjoyed it and more importantly made me want more. I need more.

Boy is this interviewer trying to get them to bash on trump or what? I’m sure they are liberal but they are being classy and as a conservative I can appreciate that. Both of these men are not only outstanding and totally underrated (They should have both received many Oscars by now!) but Were clearly raised well they know how to talk about issues that are near and dear to their hearts without being polarizing love them even more

Just finished watching Friday to Saturday. I love it. Very hooked. I can't wait for a Season 5

This show once agian did an amazing job I think Narcos might be the best show period hands down this show never disappoints.

I thought that the season would be about Amado/ Lord of the skies, he was a big influence and part of the drug trade both in Mexico and Colombia but I liked this season even though it wasn't really about him.

I like how the interviewer was like, “comedy can sometimes be hard. There can be pressure to make people laugh” and then Michael Peña was like, “nah. I think comedy is also hard. Theres pressure to make people laugh”...

Watched the whole series! Love it 10/10

I love this new installment. I was a little apprehensive at first but it really won me over. So right about hanging in there for the first 3-4 episodes. It pays off. Great cast. Beautifully executed. Easily up to par with the Columbia seasons.

I really like what Diego Luna said about someone in the UK who is about to snort a line of coke to re-think this decision by thinking about all those innocent people in places like Mexico who have been enormously affected by the drugs trade.

Very enjoyable series more so the last episode, like all these type series very thought provoking.

Never have I ever fantasized about being with a deadman and a corrupt drug lord at the same time. My brain is so confused.

This Narco: Mexico, series has the potential to be stretched out for several years. I'm interested in seeing how they tell the story in the future with figures like El Mayo Zambada, El Chapo, Los Antrax, etc. There is just soo much history.
