Eugene you need to elevate her feet with at least 2 pillows. So the swelling of her legs will go down. Always massage her legs and feet since she likes to walk a lot. As soon as she gets really big then always massage her lower back, legs and feet. Give her all the foods she is craving for. Wag mo syang kontrahin at galitin para yung baby nyo hindi rin magalit. Patawanin mo sya para maging masayahin yung bata. Good luck to you guys.

I'm a mom of 3 and the symptoms na experience ni vika is normal sa buntis such as excessive fatigue,mood swings, frequent carvings,pagmamanas at excessive sleep. Other symptoms na pwd nya experience in the long run ay leg cramps (lalo pag nag stretching sa higaan pag gising). Just make sure na eat lots of fruits amd veggies,iron supplements, vitamins,milk for calxium tapos galaw galaw pag may time. Congrats to both of you.

You’ve done well adjusting to each other being a couple, soon you will be a family, it will be a whole new challenge but keep up the way you are to each other as it will be your bond that keeps you strong. Btw, pregnant women have heightened senses, especially smell and taste, it’s like a super power literally as what my husband say, so Eugene listen to Vika when she said the water taste like metal, check the water dispenser or the water itself or check from the supplier. There’s some water testing kit you may be able to buy from the pharmacy, u might benefit from changing supplier as well. All the best!

For edema (pamamanas) inform your OB if it starts bothering you (or even during your regular visit) since it can indicate other pregnancy issues. Eat less salty food and also sweets, even if it's granola, check the sugar content. Take care!

There's a lot of things will changes especially in the attitude of the mother but its normal during after birth it will takes a year bago mag back to normal,so you both need more understanding to each other. By the way, these are my vlog suggestions po: trying old wives tales to predict baby's gender (if it is a girl or boy) and other gender prediction tests (red/purple cabbage pregnancy test for example), name ideas for the baby, trying tiktok's and youtube's weird pregnancy cravings, going vegan for a day, etc.

Super hirpap kase everytime magpapa check up solo ako lagi. May isa na ako anak 7yrs old , lalo mahirap kase wala naghahatid at sundo as school kundi ako lang.
