You know he wasn't most definitely not 5'6 nor anywhere near short he was actually above average height so he was pretty tall, the reason history tells you he's short is because the British portrayed him as short to make There own general seem more superior. so its a lie

I have great respect for the Poles who fought for France and for their Poland until Waterloo and until death. The Polish Lancers are one of the largest cavalry squadrons of the Napoleonic era. Also Prince Poniatowski, made Marshal of France, preferred to cross the river at Leipzig rather than surrender to the enemy and he lost his life there. Let us honor the memories of these brave Poles who fell for France. 🇨🇵🤝🏻🇵🇱
