in the beginning of the video nap parked his scooter in front of a emergency exit! thats why he could not get out. 1:36 an accident waiting to happen! never use a chair with wheels on it to stand on to reach a higher shelf or window or whatever you need to reach up high because the chair will move out from under you and you will fall and hurt yourself and will have to be taken to the emergency room.
