I dont sell shrimp anymore, i have like 25 tanks though.

Yes you can make it with RO and a buffer to any parameter you like.

I am struggling to make green walls in new tanks for my neos since there is no aquasoil. What can i do?

Have patience, with time and the proper lighting. An aged tank will form green walls eventually.

A tip I was given by a freind is to turn down your filtration a little bit and see if that helps.
