It has been exactly one year since I came to Kuhanosin Mountain last year. After waiting for a year, I finally took off the three stars of Nanyang that I have been longing for!! I am about to face the biggest challenge of this trip - Guanshan alone!! Before walking, I also I wasn’t too sure whether I could finish the walk before 4pm. I did some calculations before the trip and found that it would take about 0.6 on average to get on the river before the closing time.
Fortunately, we got enough rest and supplies in Mihumisan the day before, and the boss was kind enough to take us in line in advance. When cleared at 7 o'clock, you can immediately set off for the trailhead.
It is completely untraveled from Kuhanosin Mountain House to Guanshan. The scenery and terrain here are completely different from Kuhanosin. There are thrilling thin edges and terrain that climbs vertically at 90 degrees. 360-degree triangular point view without blind spots!!
Guanshan is truly the top of the hundred mountains in Nantai!!
