No one throws that water. It has effect of the proteins/minerals of the chicken, use it for Yakhni rice or any veggies cooking.

Did you leave it on 200 all the way through to the end? Does taking water out make it bland? Just also want to know why you have to get rid of water? After how long do you drop water out and change sides? Thank you

First one hour should be on full 200 cooked in water but after that you don’t need it ! If you keep it it will shred it and won’t be same tandoori taste. It depends how much quality of chicken you are roasting if it’s only one tray them lower the heat to 190 .

You can roast it in the pan by cooking it in handi first then add little bit of oil in the separate pan and cook it until it turn golden

Ap ne juices waste kr diye ...u can use this soupy juice in rice ir can use later in cooking lentils
