18:18 This type of arrangement reminds me of the station "Bhadrachalam Road" in Telangana. Even that station was a reversal stop for all passenger traffic (with no passenger routes onwards), but the tracks went forward from that station to the Singareni Collieries. Freight trains would continue onwards on that route to pick up coal for transport.

@@subhadiproy4644 they show us different content i would personally not call them as railfans they are good vloggers but cant be compared to railfans. as being a railfan is totally different thing then just travelling in trains and making videos about the overall experience we railfans prefer to show scenery crossing overtake and tracksounds

Well, Indian Railways has to go electric, so it is inevitable that old locos are pulled out. The best we can expect is the preservation of some locos, but that's about it.

When I took 17649 I was expecting alcos and cursed with EMD. At same Gangakhed we were made to wait, and 16594 came with twin alcos and crossed our train. Exactly similar scenes for you too! 😅 My DOJ 20/08/22 Big disappointment to see Parli under wires. Glad that I did it in nick of time. Especially Ghatnandur- Parli was so beautiful!

I think you had covered Vikarabad to Pune via Nanded in your one of the past journeys.It was overnight & your train was fully empty.You covered almost night session,but due to darkness outside the beauty of the journey could not be enjoyed.Atleast here in day journey ,it is fully enjoyable.

Avinashbhau,it is very nice to see that you covered here Marathwada section,which is mostly draughtprone.But I see here greenery after Purna Jn.Lasy about two years Marathwada was flooded due to heavy rains.Really hats off to you for travelling this section !!!

Soon Parli station is going to become junction as new train line from Ahmadnagar to Parli will be completed by 2026-27 and Parli Vaijnath will be important station as it will be gateway of Telangana,Rajasathan and MP states and will get attached to old and golden route Secunderabad to Ajmer ,Jaypur via Parbhani,Purna, Akola,Khndwa,Indore and Ratlam
