Winter NAMM 2018 delivered on its annual promise of gearheads, music aficionados, and top musicians for a four-day feast of exciting sights and sounds.
The crew at the Dunlop Booth were proud to play a part, and while we were there some very talented friends dropped by to sample some of Dunlop’s new gear for 2018-the MXR Sugar Drive, MXR Carbon Copy Deluxe Analog Delay, the Way Huge Pork & Pickle Bass Overdrive & Fuzz, Dunlop Strings, and more.
LARI BASILIO is an accomplished Brazilian guitarist based out of Los Angeles whose unique style balances technical virtuosity with soulful and melodic content.

could listen to lari forever,that tone,phrasing and taste. just so sweet.
shes really good. im lovin her tone, her phrasing, and melodic composition.

I was standing next to the camera man in this video and let me tell you, there is no sound embellishments on this recording! She sounded just as incredible as you are hearing her now! Lari is an amazing talent and a real sweetheart of a person! I can only hope that someone who can give her a “leg-up” in today’s funky ass music business does just that!

It's hard to teach phrasing and composition - but it's easy to hear a genius on guitar!

In her interviews, she is always positive & never says anything negative. @Lari Basilio, I noticed you are based out of LA but hopefully you can make it to the East Coast in the near future. There is a good venue in my area that would be perfect for you in fact Steve Vai played here about 5 years ago & he put on an amazing show. It is The Capitol Center For The Arts. It is one hour north of Boston so if you ever play Boston in the near future please make the one-hour trip north & play here as well.
