Namibia is a country in the southern portion of Africa. Compared to other African nations, it seems to fit in quite well...except with its borders. They look pretty normal for the most part with the exception of a curious panhandle at the top corner of the country known as the Caprivi Strip. What is the history that led to the borders being drawn like that?!
