I have a question Is there any difference betweenしゅう and しゅー or えい and えー because pronunciation is same then why we mostly don't use ー for long vowels?

In Hiragana, it's not correct to use ー for any words but to make it look cute or attractive, we use ー. えー、え〜　are often used to show "wow" feeling. it's common slang but you can't use it in proper documents. In Katakana, ー is often used and totally ok.

Also, many words korean and japanese are similar, such as カバン(kaban) in japanese and 가방 (gabang) in korean which means bag. And park is 公園(kouen) 공원 (gongwon) in korean, generally “k” in japanese becomes “g” or “h” in korean

Chinese kanji jab japan aayi thi to uska pronounciation bhi sath me aaya tha jo baad me thoda sa badal gaya... usi ko onyomi kehte hai..

kudasai is used mostly in questions and requesting something..onegaishimasu is to ask for something ..For ex...moichido itte kudasai..is please repeat once again (here person is requesting or asking to repeat) .2) アイスお願いします..is please give me ice where onegaishimasu is used. : ) ..i hope its clear ..cause m myself a beginner ..m 14 years

Yes. You won't reach the level of understanding anime without a Subtitle until you study kanji. Kanji is not only about the character. It's about the meaning that each kanji has. Without learning Kanji, you will not graduate the beginner level.
