Wait was the savage pun intentional?😭
Josh is one of our favorite guitarists! Love Northlane and Neural DSP!!
Josh's Worldeater/Rot/Vultures tone is in my personal top 3 and it's not 2 or 3.
Sounds kinda like DOOM soundtrack. Awesome work!

love the tapestry he had
So creative amazing!
Sounds awesome! I love this plugin! By the way, I would like to ask a question to Josh: What kind of IR are you using for this sample? Is it the same to the one you used for the Vultures song?
This looks like Josh's signature Bare Knuckle pickup set, with the custom order single coil neck pickup.

The tone on this is what I've been trying to get ever since the song came out but I'm gonna need a pick up change I guess

Ok, definitely buying this plugin...TODAY! However, I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me which drum VST is being used in this video. Pretty please?

Just buy GGD Modern and massive, u will get similar results :)

Wojtasguitar1 Thanks for that. Strangely enough, I’ve decided to buy GGD Modern & Massive BUT, the only thing I’m worried about is if I can split up my drum midi files into two or three separate tracks so I can run multiple instances of GGD. The reason I want to do this is because I want more than one mounted tom on the kit. I have a love SD3 but, I really like the snares and toms in GGD Modern & Massive so, I may end up combining the two in order to get the drum sound I’m after. In any case, thanks for taking a minute with me, and thanks for the demo.

hmm, I dont know how to do this, but SD3 has samples loader so maybe you can load GGD samples into SD3.
@raygringo

Wojtasguitar1 Now THAT is a fantastic idea! I always end up processing SD3 drum tracks anyway so, yeah, your idea would be like having the best of both worlds. Thanks!

That guitar is a 27 scale? Are all the guitars 27 scale?

Both Josh and Jon use 27" scale 7 strings which is slightly long than most 7 string guitars, not sure what you mean by all guitars tho.

I KNO DE WEY 29.5”* scale and they just pitch down to D an octave below. They usually keep the longer baritone necks in drop Eb and pitch down and then use other guitars for their special F tunings and pitch shift on them too.

If the nameless had an update, I'd gladly grab it up. But compared to the newer things available, it's just "decent" Reverb and delay options would make this sooooooo much better right out the box.
Is this what they used on the single???
@ohshitnoty0u

I think they used the VHT (pitbull I think?) with an EVH cab. I remember reading that somewhere.
@paddy8170

I think they did use a real Fortin Meshuggah! Josh was selling one on his Instagram a week or 2 back I'm certain! If not it would be a VH4 or a PRS Archon. The Archon was their main head on Singularity and the VH4 or a VHT ever since Node if I'm not mistaken.

I think it waa the fortin meshuggah (the amp nameless is based off) with the diezel herbert. The guy who engineered my band’s studio was also the assistant engineet for alien and he said it was quad tracked with the fortin and herbert. Dont quote me on it tho, we could be wrong 🤣
The tuning is that of an 8string , right?

@@InfinityReptar You know that's a Bareknuckle Impulse bridge pickup, and the 1st string is low E? Only Lundgrens and maybe some Lace's can pull this off. The guitar is a neck through, unlike most Jacksons. Chances are good you've never played a Jackson like his.
