I like Namecheap and have a Stellar Business plan and an EasyWp plan which have been highly reliable. I don't like the fact that you CENSOR comments on this video and that you partner with Google who likes to Censor and Ban people for their political views.
I had some negative experience signing up with namecheap. Sign up online was not that bad then I get some contradicting email instructions. I got on live chat to make sure that I did all I needed to do to finalize the domain name purchase. A week later they called me asking for the credit card number I used. When I said I didn't have the number with me, they locked my account and emailed me saying if I didn't respond they will cancel my order. There were some language barrier on live chat as well. That was just buying a domain name. I cannot imagine what kind of trouble ahead for hosting. Good luck.

I don't think the pricing comparison was correct. Namecheap is significantly cheaper than 10Web. 10Web may offer better service though (never used them so not sure).
I am a Namecheap client and their customer service is garbage. You are better with 10Web.
