I'm a bit curious, did you upload the video of Manjita's delivery much later than the actual day? Based on your videos, she just gave birth like 3-4 days ago. But in the next videos after that, she just move and walked around like normal. Is she not in confinement period? I watched Jina, Manjita and Laxmi's videos after they gave birth before, they were like every other Asian woman after giving birth. They don't move around that much and they just stay indoor. Just asking though, I hope Manjita and the baby girl are doing great. Parenthood is challenging but the fun is limitless too. It's a blessing that not everyone can have, count yourself among the lucky ones. 😊

Some women don’t want a confinement period esp if they didn’t have a traumatic birth plus most of the other babies were born when it was cold. It’s summer so why not keep active? I was walking around an hour after I had my first

yes u are right. We Nepalese follow at least 30 days of confinement. But looks like some women from younger generation don't want to follow the traditions and customs these days. I can understand women who had no choice but to work because of no help, but here she has all the help around . Still she is walking around and sitting cross legged(which is a big no-no atleast for a week) and also without covering her head. But it's her life and her choice. All the elders gonna say is 'U re gonna regret when u get older'. Thats what my mother said to us too.

@@ShushiG2022 That's why I was wondering, she walked around like normal. She didn't cover her head or wear socks, she wore trousers and sit crossed legs. Or maybe the videos wasn't uploaded at the actual period she gave birth, perhaps it was weeks after the delivery. Where I'm from, 40 days of confinement after normal delivery is a must. Even if they opted for C-section, they still need to rest well.
