Join me, the REAL Grizzly Granny, as I ride my recumbent Sunseeker CSX "Fat Tad" trike, usually with my husband and team mate, Gary. We are active seniors of the "Boomer" generation...navigating life's speed bumps. There will be related discussions, demos, and of course, trail adventures-- as well as story telling and my favorite recumbent trike accessory hacks. My riding philosophy is, "Safety, Comfort, & Kindness", and I will be also be discussing these subjects in my videos. Although my channel is for everyone, it is "geared" for senior women, women who are new to recumbent trikes, or women who are just desperately looking for a new way to exercise and enjoy the outdoors in these difficult and stressful times.
