not to be harsh or anything, but everything is not revolved around their relationship. The fans did a special video for him like you see here showing all he has gone through, and he started tearing up when they showed his fans all around the world. Sorry if I've commented this after 6 months but it disturb me. Of course I am also sad about their break up though but he was clearly touched of what his fans did

uhm, there's different reasons. a.) because The Bride of Habaek. many of Nam Joo Hyuk's fans didn't watch because they want Lee Sung Kyung only. b.) because their tight schedule. they didn't have time for each other. c.) they say because it's too young. Nam Joo Hyuk and Lee Sung Kyung is too young to be in a relationship. but i know whenever you're inlove in that person, there's no age, no tight schedule. love will find a way. :)
