if u watch their vedios from starting or if u watch recent ones u will knw that they prepare pure vegeterian recipes only . and vegetarian food is always healthy especially the way of storing food items in bharani( pitcher/ big jar) and avoiding plastics for food storing is way better healthier too❤.😊
