it's actually a Bemba version of "I was glad very glad, when they said to me, let us go to the house of the lord". so it says " nalisekele elyo batile tuleya mu n'ganda yakwa tata" I was happy ( but literal translation for nalisekele is I laughed) when they said let us go to our father's house. then they also say, danced, jumped and was excited. and then nokuya imbila ba Yaweh, nokuya shanina ba Yaweh, (and to go and sing and dance for the lord) nshakwata ine nensoni yakuba imbila ba lesa ( I am not ashamed/ I have no shy singing and praising my God)

I have tried to hold myself but eish this is too sweet!! I love this song. Guys may you Please help me with proper lyrics for this song word by word Please... I am from Zimbabwe but have been blessed with way of praise

Macy zhou its about Psalms 100. I was glad when they asked me to to the house of God....

I love this song but sadly, being Zimbabwean, I am missing out on the lyrics. Can someone kindly upload the lyrics (with the translation as well). African worship music goes down. God knows what I will fo the day I get the lyrics! The song simply touches my soul. Please help...

S'the Mbile Hi hope its not too late. basically the song is a psalm of praise. "I rejoiced and was overjoyed when i was told/asked to go to the house of Jehovah our father. i was excited to go and sing, to him, thank him, dance for him, praise him and reverance him. "i have no shame in praising him, thanking him, dancing for him because is is Yahweh All mighty (El Shaddai)
