At my 1st visit to Labim mall...as a middle class...I didn't had guts to enter any shop with my budget

3000 ko ladies top after 30% discount

People go to Labim mall to take pics , watch movie , coffee drinking , meet up in general . No one goes for shopping or jam @ prive . The mall is a loss , rent is too high . No one buys anything . Retail business is in a big slump. Civil mall sundhara I think has far better offering for the average people .

Shopping chahi jhoor ho...expensive and no quality...people go there as u said for nothing..eating or movies......mall banauna thulo kura hola..but majority people lai samaunu paryo.

Parking is very expensive

Labim mall design In the mind that there were loadshedding and he wants to reduce the energy consumption. I thought he was inspired by the designer “Victor Gruen” light and space Anyway I like the design. People will buy there because it create implusive buying environment.
