Yah he really does.He was off key but he was so nervous.He said he’s been practicing it the whole time and during practice he already perfected it but for some reason whenever he performs it,he messes it up😅so cute and honest

Kristina May I believe it was bcoz he was so much overwhelmed with the warm welcome of the Filipino fans. I have watched other “Crank Up” from other countries, nothing compares to what happened here. Ms. Giselle is so far the best host i have watched from all the meet ups here. Sana siya na lang lahat ang host sa lahat ng bibisita dito sa atin. She brought the house down with her wits! He also enjoyed every moment of it. ☺️ LJS must have kept this memories in his heart, as in forever. ♥️♥️♥️🇰🇷🇵🇭🇰🇷🇵🇭🇰🇷🇵🇭

Even being able to sing with playback, he rehearses a lot to offer his best to his fans. It does not matter whether or not he can sing in tune, reach the notes or play the piano well, we still love and admire him, because it takes courage to stand on stage and offer a show to thousands of girls eager to see and hear him, that's why he gets so nervous, because he wants to do everything really well for his fans. A month ago i didn't know him. I saw him, almost by chance, almost forced by a friend, in kdrma "W" and I was completely in love with Kang Chul. I was impressed by Jong-suk's performance. I researched everything about his career and I really adore him since then. In a month, I don't know how, I have managed to see 100% of their leading roles and some cameos. And I still have to see his supporting roles... I love him so much! 😍💖 I look forward to his return from mandatory military service. ------------------------------- Aún pudiendo cantar con playback, él ensaya muchísimo para ofrecer lo mejor de sí a sus fans. No importa si logra o no cantar afinado, llegar a las notas o tocar bien el piano, igual lo amamos y lo admiramos, porque se necesita coraje para pararse en un escenario y ofrecer un espectáculo a miles de chicas ansiosas por verlo y escucharlo, por eso se pone tan nervioso, porque quiere hacer todo muy bien para sus fans. Hace un mes yo no lo conocía. Lo vi, casi de casualidad, casi obligada por una amiga, en el drama "W" y quedé completamente enamorada de Kang Chul. Quedé impresionada por la actuación de Jong-suk. Investigué todo de su trayectoria y lo adoro desde entonces. En un mes, no sé cómo, he logrado ver el 100% de sus protagónicos y algunos cameos. Y aún me falta ver sus papeles secundarios... ¡Lo amo tanto! 😍💖 Espero con ansias su regreso del servicio militar obligatorio.

Why do fans say he is off key? Have all of you really not heard his studio recordings of 'Will You Know' and 'Come To Me?' He has no difficulty with pitch. He's a wonderful musician.

Amazing thing is that he's likely to be himself there, although he could easily play any of his characters. He could come up on stage as Kang Chul, make some cool moves, but chooses to play and sing, although he's not great at that. It seems like he wants to express his true self, which is shy. It might be a play as well, but I doubt it, as it's so consistent and it could be seen as "uncool" but he's so sweet it's hard not to love him. I hope he is true to himself and stays that way no matter what

I think it's brave of Lee Jong Suk to sing in public. That's probably the most polite thing I can say about his singing. Also, you would think someone would have told the woman asking the questions (in English) that his patronymic name is pronounced Ee, not Lee.

@@KayBeeGee He's off-key for most of the song. He's said in interviews that he doesn't think he sings well, but I'm guessing this song had lyrics he wanted to say to his fans.

He's also great with singing. Try listening to his studio recordings of Come To Me and Will You Know... His voice is one of the better actor voices that I've heard. It is difficult to play the piano and also sing to it. There is a lot more pressure because if you get nervous, you could be a little off the pitch. I think he did well. Anyway, he is not tone deaf nor a bad singer. If you listen to his studio recordings, you will likely fall in love with his voice. Also, the Korean actors who do these tours often sing. Nam Joo Hyuk, Hyun Bin and more have performed their OST solos or their favorite songs for their fans on stage like this.
