@AliAli, never been in Dar Es Salam but it’s in my list, kindly please share your experience or is Dar es Salam not a city to visit ?

Most roads in Parklands need the following 5 changes to make them better... 1. Road markings 2. Recarpeting 3. Pedestrian sidewalks. 4. Storm water drainage 5. Street lights. Over to you Gov. Sakaja.

Hi Dolphine 254, The 3.2-kilometre Limuru Road phase I, which starts from Wangari Maathai Road junction to the Muthaiga Road junction, and the 2.7 -kilometre UN Avenue road which starts from Limuru Road Junction to Northern bypass at Runda have been under construction since November 2022 to make them dual carriageways, hope that will give you some "material" to showcase next time.

Parkland does not seem pedestrian friendly. Very few sidewalks. A city has to invite people to walk around.

My point is where is Kenya getting this sudden money for all this high rise buildings? Where were all these developers all this years?Are you sure Kenya has not been mortgage to some countries? 🤣

@@itgamingke l think it's mostly Chinese,how many kenyans are in the diaspora building all these high rise building and roads in Kenya suddenly,which they haven't done in the last 10 years or so?Good investment though,don't get me wrong,l just hope the average kenyans can feel a part of it all and not like foreigners in their own country.
