@@afromania123cj in Australia, an authorized Reseller and Naim have parted ways so they are getting rid of their inventory. That's why I got it on a discount and it's not this only on discount. Other products like that Bentley Edition, Headphones etc etc too

Probably the Qb because of the controls, design and remote. The sound is quite similar actually

Hi, a couple of questions if I may. I’m totally blind so I’m just listening to your video rather than being able to see the speaker. Thinking of this for my bedroom, it’s comparatively diminutive size appeals to me. I also have a big name system in the lounge, so, it would fit into my ecosystem. Could I suggest people listen to the system playing classical or acoustic music? It’s probably going to suit the system better. The music you were playing focuses very much on base, which name systems are not really for. Re the JBL series, the clue is in the name, partybox. I’m not being a snob, just trying to say that there are different species of hi-fi for different situations. One thing I wasn’t able to find out is what outputs this has. Could you for instance plug it into old-fashioned amp/ speakers? Also is there a headphone output, if not how could one run headphones from it. I believe my name system in the lounge only has a physical headphones output, and the Bluetooth is receive only. In the bedroom, the wife has a strange desire sometimes to want to sleep! With a man with my body I can’t see why she would! I’m fat and 50 odd, so I think I’ll let her off. It’s less effort that way! Seriously though when she’s asleep, I have to get my headphones out. For any other blind people who might find this video, the Naim app is incredible with VoiceOver. It works perfectly and you will be able to use it! You can do everything on it that you can do with the main system except I haven’t yet found out how to adjust the sound. Thanks very much for a slightly esoteric but brilliant video. It was very informative! There’s some weird effect on this video, when you’re moving around the system at the start, your voice suddenly appears in the left channel and then in the right and so on. I was listening on headphones and it completely freaked me out at one point because I think you’re using binoraal microphones, which meant it sounded as you were about to attack me from my left shoulder. Feeds my paranoia I’m afraid. Anyway, thanks again,

Thanks for the in depth comment, and I’m glad you enjoyed the video. I’m completely onboard with everything you’ve said here, this speaker is not made for bass heavy party music. The reason it was originally filmed using this song was because I try to keep all the videos a similar format, so they are easy to go back to and compare. I have since started using different music and decibel monitors so show the sound in different ways. If I was to do this video again, I would definitely play some acoustic music, if I could find any non copyright stuff haha. I’m interested in how you use your speakers, to need any outputs? In my usage, I connect my phone or laptop via Bluetooth or AUX. If I was to listen to music through headphones, I would connect the headphones to my phone or laptop, not this speaker… It has optical, AUX and HDMI inputs though 👍

Have you tried Marshall Woburn III? How do these compare?

I have never personally tested the B&O Level. But my guess would be the bass and volume will be stronger on this unit. So I would go for this, purely off seeing it online, my opinion may change if I had one in person so 🤷‍♂️
