The best find was this electronic buffing tool! I just bought a kit to do my own gel nails but this is the one thing I didn’t have. I tried it out and it works great. You just need one AA battery for it.

Why is the nail polish in those bags?

I think it’s so they can hang it up on their display racks. It may also have something to do with being repackaged to sell at Dollar Tree. They get a lot of products that are out of season or didn’t sell for the original retail price.
