A church I was attending awhile back invited a Pastor from India to speak, profoundly he said: Here in America you have many things but little faith. In India we have few things but great faith. I find this to be an accurate statement and one that took guts to speak publicly. I remained at that church for awhile and that Pastor was never invited back. Last time I attended that Church was on a Palm Sunday. While the Pastor was reading and speaking on Hoshianah they put up a slide showing Jesus riding upon a dinosaur - how offensive! The congregation laughed, I walked out. They were going to partake in communion towards the end of the service..... That was a Calvary Chapel Church, one that also included a 'Christian' school.
