I think she's a lot better in RTA than in GW. The4th hero slot actually makes kind of a big difference in her usability. Evasion is a big weakness for her, but that can be marginally alleviated by putting her on Andre's crossbow and building her a little more bulky so that she won't die to a stiff breeze. YDCB is right that you don't need her to be a super fast opener. A 260-270 speed Nahwol will outspeed most cleansers and isn't so speed-hungry that you won't be able to find a bit of other stats for her still.
