This time, we visited "Tomi Sushi" located at 3-11-16 Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.
Opened in 1955
It's a shop with a history of 66 years
Last year, the owner replaced the third generation
Store opened in September 2020
Renovated and renewed.
From popular sushi that is common in downtown
Only for the Omakase course
At a restaurant that was converted to a counter sushi restaurant
It's been a year since the renewal.
You can call it a new store.
With Nishiki 3-chome, the largest downtown area in the Tokai area
Known but previously this place
It was the old town name "Tomizawa Town".
About 45 years ago, it was incorporated into "Nishiki 3-chome" in January 1976.
The name of the store is said to be derived from "Tomi Sushi", which is the head of the old town name "Tomizawacho".
This time, we will charge 16,000 yen (tax included) for the Omakase course.

    こんばんは☺️ 今まで守ってきた事、やり続けてきた事を 思い切り変えるということは どんな仕事でも日本人は保守的で できそうでできない事です。 今回のお店は 創業66年の歴史がありながらも 大衆寿司屋からガラッと カウンター鮨店へスタイルを変えた鮨店です🍣✨

    先日伺いました。とても美味しく、好みの味で、握り具合(横に寝かして持っても崩れない塩梅)も江戸前らしさを感じました。

    いやー今回も美味しそうです! 和のエッセンスを感じる摘みから 後半はどストレートな握りやイクラ食べ比べ、海老アメリケーヌ丼とか遊び心もあるお店ですね🍣 大衆寿司からカウンター鮨は変わるなんてかなりのご苦労があったと思いますが、ウニ王子さんのKZreadを通じて「冨すし」さんを少しでも知ってもらえると私も嬉しいです! いつもありがとうございます!

    鮪中トロの大トロの間にシマアジと〆鯖を挟むのは珍しい構成ですね。シマアジ、一瞬鮪に見えました。三枚付けというのもまた凄い。いくら2種、海ぶどうトロ巻きは絶対旨いでしょうね。

    初コメントです。 実はずっと登録して見てました。 動画はシンプルで動画時間も最適。 お店の魅力など ポイントはしっかり抑えている点 寿司動画チャンネルの中で 一番分かりやすくいつも見させて貰ってます。 よくある某チャンネルみたいに 自分の顔を下アングルから移されても その人に興味を湧かなければ必要ないからと思います。 これからも頑張ってください!応援してます! 冨すしさん今度名古屋出張の際は 是非予約してお伺いしてみます。

    美味しそうでしたね~!名古屋のお鮨屋さんなので春は貝づくしとかだったら嬉しい♪ 大衆寿司店→高級鮨店への移行は、昔からの常連さん達にはどう受けとめられたのでしょうね😅 常連さんの中には「俺たちを切りやがった」とか思う人が居たりして。そこが気になりました。
