I believe the recent incident is the result of Intelligence Failure on the part of Military Intelligence or the Intelligence Bureau (IB), its the Indian Army and not the Chinese army, they will always give the benefit of doubt and will never openly fire on civilians. I hope something similar to the Mizo Accords of 1986 is reached here. Mizo Accords have been very successful and former insurgency leaders are now mainstream politicians of Mizoram, even the current CM of Mizoram is a former insurgent.
