Consider this as a positive criticism. I understand nowadays its prety easy to become a food reviewer: A mobile /camera and an editing software.Thats all. I hope people do a little bit a research about food from different cultures before getting them on their plates. JUST GOOGLE IT. Its as simple as dat.As as far naga food is concerned, use of local herbs, fermented items ,smoked etc is wat makes it unique in the entire asia.Basic Indian spices tak nahi tha,not even haldi, notice kia apne?Nahi kia hoga. Even Gordon Ramsay v aake notes bana k leke k gye. N it pains when people makes faces while tasting food .You call it expression and yourself as foodie.Thoda padh liya karo ,phir decide karo ki khana hai ki nahi.Galat message jata hai audience ko. Northeast Indian cusines are one of the most complex and uniquely good in taste .Esa main nahi Michelin star chef kehte . DO some homework and keep doing good work. Subscribed

When did I said I am an expert....and yes I have said about different spices used in making Naga food .many times in all my Naga videos...and as I always say... everyone got different taste buds..and what I might like you won't like that's it...am just telling about mine...nothing else..... And about research on food...i try what I can...and if i say so food is a vast topic with very different genres in it.....the amount of variety is unimaginable.....and I am a human who can like or dislike..and I always say repeatedly...everyone got different taste buds...I might not have a knack of taste of a particular cuisine and might love another....it's as simple as that

There are many manipuri restaurants in Delhi but I will suggest few restaurant The categorical eatpham its in Safdarjung, look act east in Dilli haat, Nongin by coffee on the Rocks in Safdarjung. You can try ooti dry yellow peas curry which are made by adding sodium bicarbonate, eromba a must try dish of manipur made with fermented fish, kangsoi a healthy vegetables stew is also a must try. You can get all this dish in thali as a complimentary dish so you can get chicken thali. And of you want to try some tea time snacks you can get Kelli chana or singju and for the desert you can try Chakhao kheer which is made of Black rice.
