Naga style pork is very popular dish of Nagaland.Pork meat cooked with fermented bamboo shoots.In my recipe I didn’t use fermented bamboo shoots but I use Chinese bamboo shoots which I bought from Chinese shop also great with this recipe.I cook this pork in my brother-in -law request and he gave me this recipe as well.When I try first time it was so good.So today I’am sharing this recipe with you all.

In naga dish you don't have to make fine paste and if you have to put sour bamboo shoot otherwise it won't be tasty you can get dry bamboo shoot also don't mind plz because my husband is naga that's why I know about naga dishes

Wow, I’m surprised you came up with this dish. I was born in Nagaland, and every time I cook this dish makes me miss Nagaland so much. Right now I live in USA no matter how I cook still I don’t get that authentic naga dish taste. Thanks for this recipe
