2 tbsps fermented bamboo shoot
2 potatoes cubed (optional)
6-7 green chillies
2 inches ginger
8-10 garlic
1 tbsp local sichuan peppercorns roasted
Salt as per taste

Morning 4 boiled eggs and in night 300 gram boiled chicken will help me to gain muscle

@@hermanpops if its broiler chicken 25-30 minutes and if using country/local chicken it will take more time depending upon the tenderness of the chicken used

There is no salt in this recipe
