I commented on your other video about the broken body.

Did you use anything to seal up the space where the 16 gauge panels meet the tubes? I see where you stitch welded but is there anything stopping rust from forming in those gaps? I know you made this video a while ago so are you having any rust problems?

how much did it cost right up to this stage and is it steel or aluminium? any idea about weight? thanks

+TheCynicalAfro 101 Chassis is made from mild steel. I`m a HVAC Mech. by trade. I have access to a full shop which cut cost down. Its around 5k for tubing, sheet metal, and paying a shop to cut and brake CAD parts. Chassis weight is 800lbs.

Bro, could you help me to build my own chassis? If you have the dimensions of this project? I bought a aventador chassis project here in Brazil and I have my doubt's about if the accuracy of it is right... the dimensions of mine is about 4234mm length / 1879mm width / 957mm height.. really thank you bro, I appreciate your job!

This chassis is for a Diablo/Murcielago. Not for an Aventador. Chassis dimensions: 163''x68''x29''. You can buy NAERC chassis plans on ebay. If your looking for a aventador chassis... I have little knowledge, and wouldn't be much help. You can get the chassis plans on ebay, for less than $10.

Most super cars run about 4300

Search "NAERC Chassis Plans" on ebay.

+Crazy Cowboy My apologies for the late reply. Im might be interested in building another chassis. I have another guy interested in one also. I would have to build two of them to make it worth my time. I didn't keep the jigs, I made for my chassis. So I would have to remake them.

+Rick Staggs Thanks Rick. I actually picked one up 2 months ago. It is in almost the same stage as this video. It may be available though since I found a completed chassis with drivetrain so have your customer contact me if he's interested and you don't want to build it for him. Archie Speaks I did but I sold it. First one was built poorly. My current one has a real OEM Lamborghini Murci on it. My IG is Car_Building_Inspiration there’s some pics. Lot of work.
