Sebenarnya arti nya "terdidik"... Tapi pendidikan nya mahal...

Sok tau lo, diluar negeri jadi pejabat biasa aja.

Hey Sacha, I just stumbled into your channel yesterday and i think I struck gold. I love it so much! I've spent 4 hours watching your old videos. I think your criticism about Indonesia culture is on point and the way you present it is hilarious and well made. Thank you so much for your hard work. I really enjoy this series. You take some eye catching, famous people and use them to explain the importance of grammar, vocabulary, inflections and accents. And you explain it in such a way that (i hope...) people can remember it long after they finished watching. I just have a small reccomendation if I may. It would be so very wonderful if you structure this series by the 'things that can be improved'. So, rather than using random videos from random actors, structure it in a way that you can give a conclusion at the very end so that the viewers will finish with that in mind. People will be lured in by the famous names anyway. Anyways, its just a random thought. Keep up the good work. All the best for your channel!

Not necessarily. You can come from an average family but if you study hard by yourself from listening to songs, watching movies (at first with subtitles), which you can stream or download from the internet easily nowadays, find out the meaning of the words that you don't know, try to pronounce it, try to find people that you can practice with, repeat those things frequently. I believe you can reach quite good level of fluency in English without having to attend any expensive international school.

I hope so too. I hope he will be able to make a good change that will last. Because Indonesia education system keeps changing, that its causing confusions for the students and the parents. I hope he will read the current elementary school textbooks. I personally think its like an encrypted code that needs a heavy brainstorming to understand even for the parents. And yeah, I think he will experience some depression, because in the goverment you will have to go through a loooong birocracy to finalised a policy to solve a problem before actually doing it.

Smg dia jg bsa membawa perubahan baik d sektor pendidikn d negeri tercinta kita, It’s interesting to know what u said abou “free international education (or was it universities?)..... I never thought of that! Smart observation, sarah! It’s sad, but true. Let’s hope mas nadiem can do somerhing about this ( helping the unfortunate to get ‘free ‘english lesoons) ? Trima ksh sudah share your thoughts and valuable English knowledge . WELL DONE!👏🏽👏🏽💜🙏🏻🙏🏻

He went to high school in Singapore and he also went to BROWN University before he went to Harvard. Both are ivy league colleges. So it is only natural, I guess, that he knows so many vocabularies that even native speakers don't use on everyday term. I also felt the same when I heard him using hyper experiment, hubris, and serendipitous. Way to point to point that out, Sacha. Haha. I remembered having a hard time doing SAT practices and such when I was living in the States (and I lived there since I was 12) because the English was nothing like TOEFL. I had to know thesaurus words for SAT. I wonder what Nadiem's SAT score was.

If u ever watch any KZread channel from Singapore ,then u will understand what am I talking about ..😂😂😂 Dun judge my English...karna saya cuma lulusan SMP,but,I still feel grateful for what I achieved. When u willing to learn,u will earn something...that's what I believed . Sasha's channel is one of my fav, especially seleb English😂😂...from her I can learn alot of more things. This is one Seleb English video that I enjoyed the most. Laughing, smiling and nodding at the entire video. It's true that Nadiem becoming the new ministry is either good or bad news. But thing happened and let's just hope that he WILL also bring changes to Indonesia like he did together with his former company. I kinda hope he will kind of change our education system, public school will be as good as private school, and cheaper, and everyone will be happy, thus Nadiem will get a nobel prize if he really do that 🤣 since our education systems are so fucked up. Hence, I should save more money for private school 😣 Good job, Sach! Seleb English fan here 🥰
