Y'know,song aside,what grabbed my attention the most was how perfectly it shows some of the fandoms of the past and probably today too. Jordan is literally crying on the stage,begging a crow to torment him with all his emotions,screaming his lungs out,and even getting in fights outside, and yet, the 'fans' just scream even more loud in joy at everything.Filling up the seats more and more in each show. Probably idolizing him too. It perfectly shoes just how bad the idol culture is.On surface,you just think of them as a perfectly sculpted person.But in reality,you are just objectifying them. You make them perfect to escape your own imperfections. Whether it hurts them or not, is irrelevant. I feel like this problem is a lot more releveant to stuff like K-pop(considering only music) in this day and age but wherever it happens,it is toxic. One big thing that I took out from this film was definitely the fact that you should not idolize a human being. "Never meet your heroes/idols as you'll inevitably be dissapointed" is a very famous saying and it holds true upto this day.

It gives you a famed rockstar at the opening, then showcase his humble beginnings how he was desperately trying to become a star basically Jim Morrison the legend but then after being persuaded by his friend that he needs to get his heart broken to feel pain. That pain will help him get creative and help his craft. So basically he wanted to get his heart broked deliberately to get creative so that he can become a successful artist. But when his hearts gets actually broken. He feels disillusionment despair. All he wanted back was his life when he started out
