I know that thousands of people have done a huge investment in bahria but malik riyaz in his last days of life, instead of saving investers of bahria he is trying to safe a characterless traitor of Pakistan. May he thought that after this tweet, overseas will start investing but i am sorry, even those who were till now related to bahria, will also start to restrain themselves. 😢. Yes i m 100% agree that btk is a state of art but it is also a reality that malik riyaz has been proven a money launderer by UK NCA, he sold more land than what he had to sell, its also true that he didn’t pay the penalty of supreme court properly, he also didnt paying tax too and after all this he is talking about over his deadbody ??? One of the reasons of BTK uncertainty is the agents, who made a video with a negative title for their views, and once you view the full video it will give you positivity you found it but overall if you search BTK every agent is creating negative marketing. so as an overseas Pakistani, i am not getting trust in reality the agents actually get views on youtube but they lost potential customer. As an overseas Pakistani and BTK investor, I know the agents try to catch the buyer but honestly, the agents will not get buyers like that they just spoil the market for their own. Such kind of videos make the trust among investors and overseas Pakistani not like BTK to war gaya.. BTK main log ja rahay hain.. BTK uff abb kia ho ga... even sensible and reliable property agents are making such kind of foolish title which just destroy their own market. Only one thing shutdown all the mouths which is lease and Payment status of BTK to the government because after court case as a buyer i have no clue how much BTK paid to the government and when they will finish their payment plan. BTK must come up with the appropriate answer as well as come share some online site where they mentioned the installment paid to government and what will be the further payment schedule and status. Trust me If BTK did this from the next day every agent will be hell busy for selling the property in BTK
