Ingredients List-
350 gm Arbi
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
Curd paste-
1/2 Cup Curd
1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1+1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
7-8 Garlic Cloves
1-2 Green Chillies
1/2 inch Ginger
3-4 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
2 chopped onions
Ginger garlic chilli
1 tsp Gram flour
2 Tomatoes puree
Salt to taste
Curd paste
1 tsp Kasuri methi

A tasty grevy of arbi, made by boiling and then frying it. You mixed masalas with curd I liked this method. Adding besan, thickened it's texture.looking delicious ma'am👌🏻🙏🏻
